Instructions to properly complete entry forms.
1. Select the entry form you need from the APPLICATIONS menu located in the heading of this site.
2. Complete ALL sections.
3. Click on "SUBMIT APPLICATION". You and your instructor will receive a confirmation of application email (check your SPAM/JUNK folder).
4. If you have any problems completing or saving this form, please contact Hanshi on the email or telephone below.
5. PAY THE COMPETITOR ENTRY FEE
You then need to pay the required entry fee into the VKKA Bank account, please use your name on the payment:

REMEMBER that your entry is not confirmed until the entry fee has been received.
6. SPECTATORS - Tickets are purchased from the Venue's Website - Do not pay for Spectator's tickets to the VKKA bank account as payment is handled by the venue.
